Both the back and side splash guards are fully welded to the griddle plate, and the entire machine sits on adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIt has two burners. Each are \"U\" shaped and provide even heat distribution. Each burner has an output of 30,000 BTU.
