Return & Refund Policy

At Forven Supply, we stand behind the quality of the equipment and parts we supply. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be in resellable condition
• Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Installed or used equipment
• Electrical components
• Special order or custom parts
• Clearance or final sale items

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the item.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
