• The Ikon IMG-60 is a gas griddle with manual control that's 60" wide.
• The cabinet is completely constructed of stainless steel, and the sides are double-wall insulated.
• For ample ventilation the flue is placed on the back of the unit, and the grease trough is a standard 4" wide for spatulas.
• Both the back and side splash guards are fully welded to the griddle plate, and the entire machine sits on adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet.
• It has five U-shaped burners which provide even heat distribution every 12".
• Each burner has an output of 30,000 BTU.
• The machine is fully serviceable from the front and the front edge remains cool to the touch.
