• Its 36-inch-wide by 20.6-inch-deep cooking plate is made of 3/4 '' thick stainless steel, so it's thick enough to withstand long durations of use without warping over time.
• A U-shaped burner is placed every 12 inches of griddle width to cook different foods simultaneously.
• To ignite the unit instantly, a stainless steel standing pilot correlates with each flute.
• Overall, this Sierra SRTG-36 gas griddle is 36 inches wide by 32.3 inches deep by 14 inches high to fit on a countertop.
• It sits on top of 4-inch stainless steel legs that can be lowered or raised 1.5 inches. Its interior, exterior, front, sides, landing edge, and valve controls are made of stainless steel to withstand daily use, and it has a heavy-gauge welded front frame.
